Call me CRAZY...

Mason recently got his tonsils and adenoids taken out, so we've been put to the test to find a gazillion fun things to do inside! For those of you who know me well, you know I'm a traveler!! I'm the stay-at-home mommy who doesn't like to stay at home!! I love to be on the go with things to do and places to see! It has definitely been a challenge. We've played UNO a trillion times (not uno, a trillion!!), we've read every book in our house...three times (not that that's bad...I'm all for reading!!), we've worn the Toy Story 2 Movie completely out (Woody is begging for mercy!!!) and Grace (bless her heart - she's a yeller) continues to scream just for the yeck of it!! And the smell of chicken noodle soup and blue jello is starting to make me gag (and never mind the foulness coming out of Mason's mouth (the doctor said his breath would be bad, but P freaking U)!!! Call me CRAZY, but I just got fired up about going outisde to check the mail!! HELP!!!!---before I start talking in a British accent! I love my kiddos, but it's time to go the park to feed the ducks...I need some fresh air!! P.S. Did I say how proud I am of my brave man, Mason!! He was a stupendous patient!!!! And many thanks to his sidekick, Scruffy (see picture). I think he helped a lot!!

MY GIRL...

Talking 'bout MY GIRL....MY GIRL...oooooooooo...OK...enough of the singing, but I just love me some Gracie Grace!!!! She cracks me up with her love for shoes, hats, makeup (yes, that's lipgloss...BUSTED) and anything that sparkles!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I can't believe it's 2008!! I thought I would start of the year with a bang, but I'm thinking that will have to wait until February!! I'M TIRED!! All of the toys are put away, the Christmas decorations have found their way back to the attic and things are getting back to "normal" around the Mabery house. I'm going to try to be more goal oriented this year...so, here's my list so far.

• I need to take better care of myself...exercise, eat better and quit driking coke (OK, that was on last year's list too) :)
• Stress less, worry less
• pick wood floors...haha (I don't do well with options!!)
• ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE...(I'm the crazy momma who buys all of the fun containers, but I don't use them. I think that I have everything in a great place...and then I can't find ANYTHING!!
• Take time to smell the flowers!! (one of my mom's favorite quotes!!)
• Be on time
• Get all of my pictures in order and START Grace's scrapbook :)
